Evento Finale – IUSS Call for Ideas 2025
Il 13 novembre si terrà l’evento conclusivo della prima edizione dell’iniziativa IUSS Call for Ideas 2025, ospitato presso la Venice International University (VIU). Durante l’ evento, i 10 team finalisti presenteranno le proprie idee imprenditoriali davanti ad una giuria composta da investitori ed esperti di innovazione.
Grazie a questa iniziativa, promossa dalla Scuola Universitaria Superiore IUSS in collaborazione con i partners della rete Educating Future Citizens (EFC), tutti i giovani ricercatori partecipanti hanno avuto l’opportunità di acquisire competenze imprenditoriali attraverso un percorso dedicato di workshop e di sviluppare le proprie idee con il supporto di mentors esperti.
Le 10 idee finaliste rappresentano l’impegno della Scuola IUSS e della rete EFC nel contribuire attivamente ai temi della sostenibilità, innovazione ed impatto sociale, trasformando la conoscenza accademica in soluzioni concrete per affrontare le sfide reali nei settori Energia e Sostenibilità, Spazio e Industrie Creative.
L’evento è aperto a tutti coloro che desiderano scoprire come la ricerca possa trasformarsi in iniziative imprenditoriali ad alto impatto. Sarà un’occasione unica per incontrare venture capitalist, imprenditori e professionisti del mondo dell’innovazione, riuniti sotto lo stesso tetto per una giornata di ispirazione e networking.

Final Pitching Event – IUSS Call for Ideas 2025
On November 13, the first edition of the initiative IUSS Call for Ideas 2025 will reach its conclusion with a final pitching event, hosted at the Venice International University (VIU). The event will feature the 10 finalist teams presenting their entrepreneurial ideas in front of a panel of investors and innovation experts.
Thanks to this initiative, promoted by the IUSS School of Advanced Studies in collaboration with the Educating Future Citizens (EFC) network partners, all participating young researchers had the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills through a dedicated series of entrepreneurial workshops and to develop their ideas under the guidance of experienced mentors.
The final 10 selected ideas reflect the IUSS School and EFC’s commitment to actively contribute to sustainability, innovation, and social impact, turning academic knowledge into tangible solutions that address real-world challenges in Energy & Sustainability, Space, and Creative Industries.
The event is open to anyone interested in discovering how research can be transformed into high-impact entrepreneurial ventures. You will meet venture capitalists, entrepreneurs, and experts in the field of innovation, all under one roof, for an exciting day of inspiration and networking.
Don’t miss the opportunity to witness how innovation can originate from university research and to find out who will be the final winners of the first edition of the IUSS Call for Ideas. The winners will experience a five-day immersive journey in Silicon Valley, in collaboration with the Silicon Valley Fellowship network!
