Three days to exchange problems and solutions, explore new collaborations, and reflect together in an interdisciplinary way. From December 18 to 20, 2025, the IMT School will host the third edition of the Fostering Research Synergies workshop, an annual event designed by and for young researchers who share an interest in the study of complex systems.
The core of the program consists of presentations by the participants, who are encouraged to present even unfinished work in the spirit of receiving feedback to move forward. The event will also feature two keynote talks by Pietro Saggese — Assistant Professor at IMT — and Giacomo Livan — Associate Professor at the University of Pavia. To round out the event, there will also be space for interactive brainstorming sessions, quizzes, and collaborative challenges: a unique opportunity to exchange ideas, learn, and build new research networks.
